Reservations
Our spa coordinators are available from 6:00am - 8:00pm daily to take your spa
and salon appointments. The Pala Spa is available for hotel guests and
Privileges card holders. To ensure an exceptional spa visit we highly suggest
advance reservations. To book your spa experiences please call 1-877-WIN-PALA
(1-877-946-7252). All spa and salon prices are subject to change without prior
notification.
Spa Check-In
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled
appointment. This will ensure that you are able to unwind before your treatment
in one of our many relaxation areas. Upon your arrival, please check in at the
reception desk and one of our spa attendants will escort you back to the locker
area. In an effort to serve our guests efficiently, late arrivals unfortunately
will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

The spa and fitness center are not available to day guests without purchasing a
spa service.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use any of the Pala Spa services.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to all, we ask that you please give us a 4-hour notice if you
need to change or cancel any service with us. Without advanced notification,
guests will be charged the full fee.
Gratuities
The Pala Spa includes an automatic 18% gratuity to all Spa and Salon
treatments, with the exception of pre-arranged group bookings and spa packages.
