At the Pala Spa your at home gym will not be missed! Our state of the art facility is equipped with the latest Cybex and Precor equipment; we have treadmills, elliptical machines, stair-climbers, recumbent bike, upright bike, and free weights. All of our cardio equipment has been equipped with Cardio Theater to maximize your fitness routine. The Pala fitness center is open from 6:00am - 8:00pm daily.
