RULES & REGULATIONS
Open to all Privileges card members in good standing. Membership is free and no money is required to play in the Play to Win promotion
All guests will be given a complimentary entry for being our member, additional entries will be issued for any active play during the earning period.
Guests may earn additional drawing entries by playing slot or table games with their Privileges Card, every 100 points will earn guests 10 entries.
Wednesdays and Fridays a 2x entry earning multiplier will be awarded, every 100 points will earn 20 entries.
Only Wednesdays, starting November 1, 2023 and Fridays, ending November 24, 2023 in the month will run the entry multiplier.
All virtual entries earned from November 1 – 25, 2023 will be eligible for the $100,000 Grand Prize Drawing on November 25, 2023
On November 25, you must activate your virtual entries for the Grand Prize Drawings after 5pm by swiping your Privileges card at any promotional kiosk prior to the drawing times. Once activated your virtual entries are eligible for the drawings.
Only activated entries are eligible for the Grand Prize Drawings, guests must be present to win in the Grand Prize Drawings.
All selected winners for each of the Grand Prize Drawings will be from the virtual drawing drum. Each winner will be given a 5-minute time limit for each drawing to claim his or her prize.
If the 5-minute time limit expires and the selected winner(s) have not claimed the prize, we will continue to select winner(s) until all prizes are claimed. We must have a winner claim his/her prize prior to drawing any other prizes. All prizes for drawing will be issued in Added Play.
Prize and Drawing Schedule as follows:
7:00 pm - 2 winners of $1,000 each
7:30 pm - 1 winner of $10,000
8:00 pm - 2 winners of $1,000 each
8:30 pm - 1 winner of $5,000
9:00 pm - 2 winners of $1,000 each
9:30 pm - 1 winner of $20,000
10:00 pm - 2 winners of $1,000 each
10:30 pm - 1 winner of $5,000
11:00 pm - 2 winners of $1,000 each
11:30 pm - 1 winner of $50,000 cash or Added Play
Final prize of $50,000 can be taken as either a onetime payment of the total cash amount or monthly payments of $5,000 in Added Play
If winner selects the cash amount they must fill out a Winner’s Form and W9 before they can go claim their prize at the Cage Cashier
Guests are able to win multiple times but only one prize over $5,000 can be claimed.
Guests have the choice to either accept or refuse prizes when their name is called.
All Added Play prizes will be distributed through the promotional kiosks
Prizes over $5,000 will be automatically loaded onto the winner’s account, valid for 30 days. Subsequent payments will be issued on the first of each calendar month, until total prizes are awarded.
Any prizes not claimed during the kiosk awarding period or used during the valid period will be forfeited and nonrefundable
Privileges card members not using their own Privileges Card will forfeit any awarded prizes.
Winners are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, or assessments as required by Federal, State, and Local laws.
Pala Casino retains the right to alter any of these promotions. Drawings will be conducted in accordance with the rules. In case of force majeure, safety factors, equipment malfunction or extenuating circumstances, Pala Casino reserves the right to modify procedures in keeping with the fairness and best interests of all participants.
Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final. Pala Gaming Commission will investigate any disputes pertaining to the implementation of promotion rules.
