RULES & REGULATIONS
Open to Privileges Card members in good standing. Membership is free.
To participate, guests must earn 100 points on their players account on November 26 and/or 30. Once they do, they will be able to select the Turkey Time game from the available kiosk promotions. Qualified guests can participate without any play required.
Limit one swipe per guest, per promotional day.
Privileges card members must swipe their assigned Privileges card on the Promotional Kiosk Machines, confirm their pin and select the Promotions tab to view or activate kiosk game.
Added play won through the promotion will be valid for 7 days from time of winning.
Guests will play in the kiosk game they qualified for on the active promotional day. Guests not using their own Privileges Card will forfeit any awarded prizes.
Promotional Kiosk machines are located in the Tournament Area near the Marquise Bar, West Entrance and in High Limit. Guests can choose any of the 21 machines to play. All promotional kiosk machines are identical.
In the event of a machine malfunction, the guest will need to notify a team member so that their daily swipe can be reset after review. Once it has been reset the guest will be allowed to play on another promotional kiosk machine. Prize earned during the malfunction will be null and void and replaced with second attempt.
Winners are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, or assessments as required by Federal, State, and Local laws.
Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final. Pala Gaming Commission will investigate any disputes pertaining to the rules.
Team members of Pala Casino Spa and Resort are not eligible for participation.
Promotions will be conducted in accordance with the rules. In case of force majeure, safety factors, equipment malfunction, or extenuating circumstances, Pala Casino reserves the right to modify procedures in keeping with the fairness and best interests of all participants.
